WorkSync is a field-service management platform. Each customer's workspace runs in its own isolated environment with its own database.

What we collect

Account data you provide (name, email, business details); operational data your business enters (work orders, customers, invoices); and, when you connect a third-party service (such as QuickBooks Online or a mailbox), the data that connection is scoped to exchange. We collect only what the connected provider's consent screen describes.

How we use it

Solely to operate the service for your workspace: scheduling, invoicing, messaging, and the integrations you enable. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your business data for advertising.

Third-party connections

Connections you authorize (e.g. Intuit QuickBooks) exchange data directly on your instruction and can be revoked by you at any time at the provider or in WorkSync. Credentials are stored encrypted; webhook payloads are verified before processing.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your workspace is active, subject to statutory retention floors for financial records. Erasure requests are honored through an audited erasure process; exports are available through an audited data-subject access export.

Security

Workspaces are network-isolated with private databases, encrypted transit and storage, audited administrative access, and least-privilege credentials.
