End-User License Agreement
Effective: August 19, 2026 · WorkSync is operated by Peoria IT (Peoria, Illinois, USA).
The service
WorkSync provides field-service management software as a subscription. Your workspace, your data: business data you enter remains yours, and we act on it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, to keep your credentials secure, and not to attempt to access other customers' workspaces or disrupt the service.
Third-party services
Integrations you connect (such as QuickBooks Online) are governed additionally by those providers' terms. You authorize WorkSync to exchange data with them on your behalf only within the scope you consent to, and you may revoke that authorization at any time.
Availability and support
We operate the service with commercially reasonable care, staged deployments, and tested backups. Support is provided through your service agreement with Peoria IT.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law; liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
